It is not always easy to explain why we feel low, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves. Sometimes there is a clear reason; at other times, it can feel like a complicated mixture of thoughts, feelings and experiences. You may be managing daily life reasonably well while privately feeling drained, unmotivated or uncertain about how to move forward.
There is no single answer that works for everyone. Advice that feels helpful to one person can feel simplistic or even irritating to another. That is why my approach is entirely client-centred. By talking with you, listening carefully and exploring what is happening in your life, we can begin to identify what might help you feel more steady, capable and in control.

I won't be giving advice but I can help you to connect to your own resources.

Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical care or mental-health treatment, but it can provide valuable support as you make changes, develop greater resilience and create more freedom in your life.
